Dans le cadre du développement constant de notre activité, nous recherchons un commercial basé en Belgique.

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Commercial Export, vous avez en charge le développement et le suivi du portefeuille clients de votre secteur géographique, dans le respect de la stratégie de développement commercial définie par la Direction.

Vos missions s'articuleront notamment comme suit :

  • Identifier les circuits de décision au sein des établissements de santé (centres universitaires, hôpitaux, cliniques)
  • Utiliser l'ensemble des outils disponibles afin d'optimiser les ventes
  • Rencontrer régulièrement les utilisateurs / chefs de service / leaders d'opinion, et promouvoir / présenter les produits en établissant une relation de confiance
  • Identifier et analyser les besoins des clients en vue de définir une offre adaptée en termes de prix, performance et délais
  • Négocier l'offre commerciale
  • Accompagner / former les utilisateurs
  • Garantir la liaison entre le service après-vente et les utilisateurs concernés
  • Evaluer les actions à mener pour assurer la tenue des objectifs et préconiser des solutions efficientes
  • Collecter et transmettre les informations terrain à la hiérarchie et aux services concernés
  • Assurer une veille concurrentielle
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour régulièrement le CRM
  • Participer aux congrès régionaux / nationaux, organiser des staffs, etc.
Profil recherché

De formation supérieure commerciale et ou technique / médicale, vous justifiez d'une première expérience significative dans le domaine de la chirurgie vasculaire et disposez d'une bonne connaissance du bloc opératoire.

  • Maîtrise de l'outil informatique (pack office…)
  • Esprit d'équipe (nombreux échanges en interne)
  • Bilingue Néerlandais – Français

  • Fourchette de salaire : 40-50 k€ fixe + 30 à 35 % variable (rémunération annuelle brute)
  • Participation aux bénéfices de la société

  • Être domicilié proche de Bruxelles Capitale
  • Mobilité sur l'ensemble de la Belgique (véhicule mis à disposition, permis de conduire requis)
