  • You challenge yourself and your team to exceed customer expectations and find new ways of working by collaborating with different departments.
  • You focus on customers and optimize the shopping experience by seeing the store through their eyes.

Your responsibilities:

  • You translate the business plan of the store into a clear action plan for your department and implement various actions, contributing to the positioning of the IKEA store as a leader in interior design.
  • You are a born problem-solver, listening to customers and offering solutions in line with IKEA Customer Relations policy while coaching your team.
  • You motivate, inspire, and engage your team to achieve targets and help them grow as individuals.
  • You create trust in IKEA among customers by guaranteeing a positive store experience before, during, and after their purchase.
  • You supervise administrative processes and ensure operational systems are up to standard.
  • You implement new ways of working in the constantly changing omnichannel world.
