Zoek je een functie waarin je financiële nauwkeurigheid combineert met ownership en afwisseling? Werk je graag met cijfers, contracten en budgetten, en haal je voldoening uit het correct en proactief beheren van dossiers? Dan biedt deze rol als Portfolio Manager een boeiende uitdaging binnen een professionele vastgoedomgeving. In deze functie neem je een centrale rol op in het financiële en administratieve beheer van een vastgoedportefeuille en zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van alle bijhorende processen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Portfolio Manager: Je staat in voor de financiële opvolging van de portefeuille, waaronder het beheer van huurinkomsten, indexaties en correcte facturatie. Je berekent, verdeelt en rapporteert gemeenschappelijke kosten en bewaakt de budgetten per gebouw of entiteit. Je volgt openstaande posten, debiteuren en betalingen op en onderhoudt hierbij contacten met huurders en eigenaars. Je beheert financiële zekerheden zoals bankwaarborgen en ziet toe op een correcte administratieve verwerking. Je bewaakt de inhoud en naleving van contractuele afspraken en vertaalt deze naar correcte rapportering en financiële opvolging. Jouw profiel als Portfolio Manager: Je beschikt over een bachelor in een economische of financiële richting. Je hebt minstends 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen Audit of controlling. Je werkt gestructureerd en zelfstandig en werkt nauwkeurig.
