Overview Om ons legal team verder uit te bouwen tot een sterke en strategische partner voor de organisatie, zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde legal counsel & compliance officer . Heb jij een scherp juridisch inzicht én een passie voor integriteit en regelgeving? Kan jij complexe wetgeving vertalen naar concrete, werkbare oplossingen die het verschil maken voor de business? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou Jouw rol Als Legal Counsel: Bied je het management en andere interne stakeholders juridische oplossingen aan voor alle bedrijfsactiviteiten, waardoor je een waaier van rechtsdomeinen zal behartigen waaronder contractenrecht, vastgoedrecht, overheidsopdrachten en vennootschapsrecht. Behartig je diverse dossiers teneinde de organisatie bij te staan om eventuele schadeclaims of andere vormen van betwisting of financiële schade te verhinderen. Blijf je op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving, rechtspraak en rechtsleer die relevant zijn voor de organisatie, onderzoek je de impact ervan en zorg je voor de implementatie. Maak je een actieve bijdrage aan de uitbouw van de juridische dienst om een sterke business partner te worden binnen de organisatie. Als Compliance Officer: Bouw je mee aan een robuust compliance-beleid binnen Keolis, zowel het ontwikkelen ervan als de implementatie ervan. Zorg je voor de naleving van de relevante regelgeving, waaronder GDPR, anti-witwasregelgeving, whistle blowing, antitrust ea. Organiseer je trainingen en bewustmakingssessies voor onze medewerkers. Ben je het aanspreekpunt voor toezichthouders en andere externe partijen. Wat hebben wij je te bieden in deze rol? Plaats tewerkstelling: Diegem + verschillende filialen van Keolis verspreid over het ganse land + mogelijkheid tot telewerk . Je hebt een master in de Rechten op zak en bent klaar om je juridische expertise in te zetten. Met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een juridische of compliance-functie, ben je geen groentje meer in het vak. Je bent een allround bedrijfsjurist in hart en nieren, met een passie voor compliance die aanstekelijk werkt. Jouw analytische blik is scherp, je werkt nauwkeurig , maar je bent ook pragmatisch en denkt actief mee met de business om juridische oplossingen te vinden. Communiceren is jouw tweede natuur. Je bent een sterke communicator , een echte bruggenbouwer die zowel zelfstandig kan werken als excelleert in samenwerking , altijd met een brede, overkoepelende visie .
