Als Payroll & Admin Officer ben jij de onmisbare schakel in de personeelsadministratie en loonverwerking. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes klopt, van contract tot loonbrief.
Je takenpakket omvat onder andere
Administratief beheer van personeelsdossiers. Verwerking van personeelsgegevens voor een correcte en tijdige loonuitbetaling Zelfstandig uitvoeren van de maandelijkse payroll in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat Onderhouden en actualiseren van gegevens voor HR-rapportering en dashboards Adviseren van collega’s en HR Adviseurs rond sociale wetgeving, procedures en reglementen Opstellen van statistieken en meewerken aan HR-projecten zoals opleidingen, sociale verkiezingen, enz. Oplossen en opvolgen van vragen rond individuele dossiers Contact onderhouden met externe dienstverleners en partners Op de hoogte blijven van je vakgebied en je kennis actief bijhouden Jouw profiel Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma.
Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie. Ervaring in foodservice, groothandel of logistiek is een plus Vertrouwd met loonverwerking en tijdsregistratie (ervaring met Acerta Connect en Protime is mooi meegenomen) Degelijke kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving en arbeidsreglementering Kennis van paritaire comités PC 119 en PC 200 is een plus Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en zelfstandig Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers en adminprocessen en houdt van optimalisatie en digitalisering Je bent flexibel en klantgericht in een gevarieerde werkomgeving Goede kennis van MS Office Je bent vlot tweetalig: Nederlands en Frans Wat mag je van ons verwachten?
