Als HR Business Partner sta je in voor alles wat soft-HR aanbelangt binnen een productiesite. Je vormt het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, ondersteunt de site in zijn verdere groei en bij het professionaliseren van het HR-beleid.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Employer branding: je zet mee het bedrijf als aantrekkelijke werkgever op de kaart en helpt de juiste de mensen aan te trekken en te behouden;
- Rekrutering & selectie: je zorgt voor een vlot en kwalitatief wervingsproces. Je maakt vacatures op en staat in voor de screening en het voeren van selectiegesprekken. Je werkt hiervoor ook nauw samen met externe partners;
- Onboarding & integratie: je creëert een warm en professioneel onthaalbeleid en zorgt er zo voor dat nieuwe medewerkers zich goed voelen. Je werkt hiervoor samen met de plant manager en supervisors;
- Opleiding & ontwikkeling: je detecteert opleidingsbehoeften, organiseert trainingen en bewaakt de opvolging van leertrajecten;
- Welzijn & medewerkersbetrokkenheid: je ondersteunt supervisors in hun rol als coach en neemt initiatieven ter verbetering van motivatie, prestaties en welzijn;
- HR-projecten: je denkt en werkt mee aan HR-projecten zoals retentiebeleid, subsidiedossiers en performance management;
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HR manager.
Vereisten:
- je behaalde een bachelor - of masterdiploma in een relevante richting of hebt reeds een viertal jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- je hebt kennis van sociale wetgeving en kan informatie helder overbrengen;
- je bent een positief persoon en weet mensen te enthousiasmeren;
- je neemt initiatief en gaat oplossingsgericht en proactief te werk;
- je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
- je bezoekt op regelmatige tijdstippen medewerkers in de nacht - en weekendploeg.
