Over de organisatieVoor onze klant, een internationaal speler binnen de veevoeding sector, zijn we opzoek naar een International Logistics & CS Administrator om hun team in Antwerpen te versterken. Je komt terecht in een professioneel team waar klantgerichtheid, kwaliteit en groei centraal staan. Jouw functieAls International Logistics & CS Administrator zorg je voor de administratieve en operationele opvolging van internationale zendingen en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, waarbij je een vlotte logistieke afhandeling en sterke service garandeert. Je takenpakket omvat: Je organiseert internationale import- en exportzendingen en stemt hierbij voortdurend af met leveranciers, transporteurs en klanten, terwijl je alle betrokken partijen tijdig informeert over de voortgang.Je waakt over het correcte gebruik van Incoterms en naleving van handelsregelgeving.Je stelt alle nodige documenten op en controleert ze, waaronder transportdocumenten, facturen, gezondheidscertificaten en oorsprongscertificaten.Je zorgt ervoor dat leveringen tijdig plaatsvinden en speelt proactief in op mogelijke verstoringen in het proces.Je houdt toezicht op douaneformaliteiten en ziet erop toe dat alle stappen volgens de geldende voorschriften verlopen.Jouw profielJe hebt een bachelor diploma in Logistiek, International Business, Supply Chain of een vergelijkbare richting.Je hebt 3 jaar ervaring binnen de logistieke sector.Je communiceert vlot in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.Je denkt oplossingsgericht en kunt snel schakelen tussen meerdere lopende dossiers.Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig en toont een hoge mate van betrokkenheid en betrouwbaarheid.Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en bent vertrouwd met de werking van ERP‑systemen.Je voelt je thuis in een internationale context en kan goed omgaan met verschillende culturen en diverse teams.De arbeidsvoorwaardenJe komt terecht in een groeiende en dynamische KMO.Je werkt in een organisatie met een ambitieuze cultuur, waar enthousiasme, transparante communicatie en loyaliteit centraal staan.Competitief loon + extralegale voordelen, met mogelijkheid tot bedrijfswagen.Je werkplek bevindt zich in een historisch gebouw in het hart van Antwerpen, vlot bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.Solliciteer meteenZie jij jezelf helemaal in aanmerking komen voor deze vacature?
