Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Corporate Strategy - ESG expert pour renforcer notre service Corporate Strategy.

Le Corporate Strategy - ESG expert travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles et le service staff Corporate de la SNCB en charge de la matière ESG (Environnement Social Gouvernance).

Quel est votre rôle à la SNCB ?

En tant que Corporate Strategy – ESG expert, vous assumez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Vous préparez la SNCB à ses obligations ESG (Environnement Social Gouvernance) conformément à la Directive européenne CSRD, à la Taxonomie et à toute législation européenne future et aux textes d'application y afférents.
  • Vous participez à la définition et à la mise en œuvre du niveau d'ambition ESG de la SNCB, au nom des organes de gestion, en tenant compte des objectifs stratégiques tels que repris dans son contrat de service public, son plan d'entreprise et ses plans d'investissement pluriannuels.
  • Vous contribuez au développement (continu) du reporting ESG au sein de la SNCB en étroite collaboration avec les départements opérationnels concernés : vous définissez les processus nécessaires en concertation mutuelle et assurez leur coordination transversale et leur suivi rigoureux.
  • Vous participez à la collecte, à la validation et à la consolidation des données nécessaires au reporting interne et externe et à la préparation de la partie non financière du rapport annuel.
  • Vous préparez des rapports de progrès réguliers destinés aux organes de direction de la SNCB afin de mesurer les progrès et les performances de la SNCB dans les différents domaines ESG. Vous préparez la documentation et les présentations nécessaires à cet effet.
  • Vous suivez de près les tendances et les évolutions dans le domaine de l'ESG et des matières connexes, et vous contribuez à la réflexion sur l'introduction des meilleures pratiques au sein de la SNCB.
  • Vous contribuez à la gestion des parties prenantes (internes et externes à la SNCB) et jouez un rôle de coordination.

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un master en orientation économique ou financière, en Business Administration ou en Droit.

Vous avez les compétences suivantes :

  • Vous pouvez attester d'une bonne maîtrise de la gestion de projets (PMO, dashboarding, reporting, …).
  • Vous disposez d'au moins 7 années d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du reporting économique et financier ou du contrôle de gestion/contrôle interne.
  • Vous êtes bilingue Français – Néerlandais avec une connaissance excellente de l'Anglais.
  • La connaissance et la compréhension de base des questions ESG et de l'intégration de la durabilité dans les stratégies d'entreprise et leur mise en œuvre constituent un atout.
  • Vous disposez d'excellentes compétences analytiques et conceptuelles.
  • Vous travaillez de manière rigoureuse, proactive et structurée.
  • Vous rebondissez avec aisance en cas de changement de priorités.
  • Vous avez un sens aigu de la négociation et d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication, tant écrite qu'orale.
