What you’ll be doing Own full-cycle hiring across different roles. Partner with hiring managers. Proactively source top talent. Keep the candidate experience smooth and engaging. Facilitate a smooth onboarding. Qualifications 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast‑growing tech startup. Proven experience sourcing globally and hiring for technical roles.
