Senior HR Business Partner – Benelux, competitive salary/package.Our client is a global organisation recognised for innovation, growth, and a strong forward-thinking culture. As part of their continued development across Europe, they are strengthening their People function and seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support operations across the Benelux region.Reporting to the HR Director, you will partner closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that align with business objectives. You'll influence the full employee lifecycle, building organisational capability, supporting transformation, nurturing leadership capability, and promoting a high-performance culture across Belgium and Luxembourg. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you'll influence key decisions and ensure the organisation is structured and skilled for long-term success whilst collaborating with the wider People team across Europe. We're looking for an experienced HR professional, someone with ambition and drive and the ability to step up into a HR Director role in time. You'll bring substantial senior-level partnering experience, ideally gained within complex, international, customer-focused environments and will combine strong commercial acumen with a collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across diverse cultures. Your experience includes navigating change, developing talent strategies, managing employee relations, and working effectively with both senior leadership and employee representatives such as works councils. This is a regional role, so flexibility to travel is required, along with fluency in Dutch, French, and English.This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the people agenda within a dynamic and ambitious organisation.
