Als KYC Analyst binnen KYC OPS PP ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en verwerken van alle onderdelen van het Know Your Customer (KYC) -beleid. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klantdossiers volledig, correct en compliant zijn, zodat klanten veilig én volgens wet- en regelgeving gebruik kunnen maken van onze producten en diensten. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en bestaan onder andere uit: Second-Level Validation (SLV) Je voert een tweede-lijns controle uit op alle aspecten van klantidentificatie. Is de SLV (Self-Saving Guarantee) niet in orde? Dan kan de klant zijn of haar producten niet actief gebruiken. Documentanalyse Je beoordeelt informatie uit vragenlijsten die door de Relationship Manager zijn opgesteld bij de start van het KYC-proces en controleert of deze aansluit bij het klantprofiel. KYC-screenings Je voert screenings uit via externe databases om te bepalen of klanten een verhoogd risico vormen voor de bank. Verwerken van wijzigingen en updates Je actualiseert klantgegevens in onze systemen op basis van aangeleverde documentatie van klanten of commerciële collega's. AEOI / FATCA Je controleert fiscale documentatie in het kader van AEOI en FATCA en beoordeelt of deze volledig en correct is ingevuld. Bij onvolledigheid kunnen klanten geen gebruik maken van hun producten. ✔️ Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd ✔️ Je hebt oog voor detail en affiniteit met compliance en regelgeving ✔️ Je kunt zelfstandig dossiers analyseren en je beslissingen goed onderbouwen ✔️ Ervaring met KYC/CDD is een plus ✔️ Je bent vlot in Nederlands & Frans Een uitdagende functie binnen een professioneel KYC-team Mogelijkheden om je kennis van wet- en regelgeving verder te verdiepen Een dynamische werkomgeving binnen de bancaire sector KYC
