StaffYourTribe - Data Scientist - Generative AI Wil je werken aan generatieve AI-oplossingen die écht gebruikt worden, niet als experiment, maar in productie, elke dag? Voor een toonaangevende internationale organisatie zoeken we een Data Scientist met een sterke interesse in Generative AI. In deze rol bouw je mee aan AI-oplossingen die rechtstreeks impact hebben op digitale producten en content workflows op grote schaal. Wat ga je doen? Ontwikkelen van GenAI-oplossingen rond LLM's, embeddings, vector databases en RAG Vertalen van business- en productnoden naar concrete AI use cases Verbeteren en evalueren van LLM-output (coherentie, factualiteit, consistentie) Toepassen van prompt engineering, few-shot learning en semantische zoektechnieken AI-oplossingen van proof-of-concept tot productie brengen Samenwerken met product-, engineering- en contentteams Wat zoeken we? Enkele jaren ervaring als Data Scientist of ML Engineer Sterke kennis van Python en hands-on ervaring met Generative AI / LLMs Ervaring met Databricks, MLflow of LLMOps is een plus Kennis van cloud-AI platformen (Azure / GCP) is mooi meegenomen Vlot in Nederlands (projecten zijn sterk content- en newsroom-gedreven) Proactief, nieuwsgierig en pragmatisch ingesteld Wat maakt dit uniek?
