Joining Nalys means becoming part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking community that values excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.About the RoleNalys is proud to support one oh his partners, a leading international pharmaceutical organisation, in recruiting a Quality Management Systems Manager for their site based near Brussels.In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Pharmaceutical Quality Systems to ensure regulatory compliance, product quality, and operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, maintain, and continuously improve all PQS processes Ensure systems are effective, robust, practical, and agile to support site and customer needsContribute to overall product quality, customer satisfaction, and site complianceEnsure adherence to GMP and data integrity requirementsProvide comprehensive training on PQS processes to all relevant site personnelMonitor and report adherence at team, site leadership, and corporate levelsPrepare the site for regulatory authority inspections and customer auditsLead or support audit preparation, hosting, responses, and CAPA follow-upManage and coach a team Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and ensure people developmentWork closely with internal stakeholdersAlign quality processes with business goalsDrive continuous improvement initiatives for all PQS processes.Qualifications & ProfileYou hold a Master’s degreeYou have a minimum of 8 years in quality or regulatory rolesYou are experienced in Pharma or Medical DevicesYou communicate fluently in both French and EnglishExcellent understanding of ISO 9000 and pharmaceutical product lifecycleYou are a good communicator, influencing, and coachingyou have a data-driven mindset with ability to visualize and interpret performance dataContinuous improvement mindset (TQM mentality)You have a strong sense of accountability, purpose, and business orientation.The Recruitment ProcessAt Nalys, our hiring process is designed to be transparent and engaging:Olivia Braszko, TA Specialist at Nalys, will review your application and schedule an initial screeningA second interview will be held with one of our technical expertsFinal interview with our Business Unit Director, Jimmy Rousseaux.Interested?
