Project Manager Immobilier - Full TIme - CDI - Employé ou Freelance Notre client est un acteur belge du développement immobilier spécialisé dans la réalisation de projets résidentiel à forte valeur ajoutée. Il développe des ensembles résidentiels et des projets mixtes conçus pour s'intégrer durablement dans leur environnement, tant sur le plan architectural qu'environnemental. Portée par une croissance continue, la société pilote simultanément plusieurs opérations d'envergure et accorde une importance particulière à la qualité de conception, à la maîtrise technique et au respect des standards de durabilité. Contexte Dans le cadre du renforcement de son équipe, notre client recherche un Project Manager Immobilier capable de prendre en charge la gestion complète de projets immobiliers complexes et structurants. Mission En tant que Project Manager, vous assurez le pilotage global d'un ou plusieurs projets, depuis la phase de conception jusqu'à la réception provisoires. Vous intervenez comme point central entre les différents intervenants internes et externes et garantissez la cohérence technique, financière et organisationnelle de chaque opération. Responsabilités Études et préparation de projet Sélectionner, structurer et coordonner les équipes de conception (architectes, bureaux techniques, consultants spécialisés). Superviser la production des dossiers de permis et veiller à leur conformité réglementaire et technique. Garantir la cohérence des choix architecturaux, des matériaux et des solutions techniques. Organiser les procédures de consultation des entreprises (marché global ou marchés séparés). Analyser les propositions, participer aux discussions contractuelles et formaliser les accords. Suivi d'exécution Assurer le suivi opérationnel du chantier et veiller à la qualité de réalisation. Participer aux réunions de chantier et gérer l'ensemble du suivi administratif. Contrôler l'avancement des travaux, les situations financières et les coûts en coordination avec les équipes financières. Veiller au respect des délais et à la maîtrise du budget. Organiser la réception des ouvrages et la livraison des parties privatives et communes en coordination avec les intervenants concernés. Appui aux équipes commerciales Coordonner la préparation des supports nécessaires à la commercialisation. Faciliter la circulation de l'information entre les équipes techniques, commerciales et partenaires externes. Profil recherché Formation d'ingénieur (industriel ou civil) ou architecte-ingénieur. Expérience confirmée (minimum 10 ans) en gestion de projets ou de chantiers complexes, acquise chez un entrepreneur ou un développeur. Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet : planification, organisation, anticipation. Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément. Aisance relationnelle, sens de la coordination et bonnes compétences en négociation. Autonomie, solides compétences techniques et orientation solutions. Intérêt marqué pour l'innovation et les évolutions technologiques. La connaissance du néerlandais constitue un avantage.
