En tant qu'acteur clé de son secteur en Belgique, Vinçotte est une référence en matière de qualité, de sécurité et d'environnement. Avec 1.600 collaborateurs, nous contribuons quotidiennement à la sécurité des personnes et des bâtiments, à la qualité de la production et des constructions et à la fiabilité des équipements et des installations. Nos principales activités sont l'inspection, le contrôle, la certification, la formation et le conseil. Afin de garantir au mieux notre service et nos relations avec les clients, Vinçotte opère à partir de plusieurs agences en Belgique. Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un (Senior) Technical Manager NDT (M/F/X). Vous suivez et analysez la législation, les normes et autres documents techniques de référence. Vous organisez et dispensez des formations aux inspecteurs et aux clients dans votre propre domaine d'expertise. Vous faites passer des examens techniques aux agents CND. Vous mettez le matériel de formation à jour. Vous écrivez et mettez à jour les procédures techniques, les instructions et la documentation technique interne pour les agents CND. Vous participez activement à des réunions et à des groupes de travail. Vous apportez un support technique à vos collègues et aux relations/clients. Vous contribuez au maintien des exigences d'accréditation (par exemple, les audits BELAC). D'une part, vous êtes passionné par l'évolution technique et le côté pratique des inspections chez les clients ; d'autre part, vous êtes également suffisamment intéressé par la partie « administrative » de ce travail. A ce titre, vous représentez Vinçotte dans le domaine du CND, tant en interne qu'en externe. Vous jouez un rôle de modèle dans ce domaine Diplôme: Master d'Ingénieur industriel ou équivalent par expérience. Plusieurs qualifications NDO de niveau 3 ou la volonté de les obtenir dans un avenir proche Expérience: 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'NDO Compétences personnelles: Vous êtes capable d'interpréter les codes et les normes et de les résumer clairement. Vous aimez transmettre des connaissances et vous n'avez aucun problème à parler à un groupe (par exemple, dans le cadre d'une formation technique) et vous possédez les compétences didactiques nécessaires. Vous nouez facilement des contacts et entretenez de bonnes relations avec les autres, même dans des situations difficiles. Vous êtes également orienté qualité, organisé, dynamique, entreprenant et diplomate. Vous êtes familiarisé avec l'utilisation de MS Office. Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire B.
