BELFIUS AUTO LEASE, gevestigd in Brussel, is een operationele leasemaatschappij die deel uitmaakt van de Belfius Groep. Belfius Auto Lease transformeert zich tot een mobiliteitsbedrijf dat geïntegreerde multimodale en duurzame mobiliteitsoplossingen aanbiedt via een aantal belangrijke strategische partners om zo een nieuw mobiliteitsaanbod te creëren dat beantwoordt aan de evoluerende mobiliteitsbehoeften van alle Belfius-klanten. Belfius Auto Lease streeft naar een leidende rol op de Belgische markt in leasingoplossingen met operationele diensten voor zowel auto's als fietsen, mobility as a service (MaaS) en het opladen van elektrische voertuigen om de mobiliteitsreis van de klant te "ontladen" en dus te verbeteren. Operationele leasing of "full service leasing" betekent de leasing op lange termijn van voertuigen met diensten (wagenparkbeheer) op het vlak van financiering, onderhoud en herstellingen, verzekering, ongevallenbeheer, brandstof, enz. Belfius Auto Lease richt zich tot de openbare sector en de bedrijfsmarkt, met name grote ondernemingen, kmo's, zelfstandigen en vrije beroepen. Belfius Auto Lease werkt nauw samen met het distributienetwerk van de Belfius Groep en beschikt over een eigen verkoopteam dat, naast de ondersteuning van de medewerkers van het netwerk, een eigen klantenportefeuille uitbouwt. Belfius Auto Lease telt 60 medewerkers en beheert een portefeuille van meer dan 100.000 klanten.

Om die liefde voor de klant te vertalen in operationele efficiëntie en "excellence", is Belfius Auto Lease op zoek naar een Project Manager die transversale projecten leidt naar concrete realisaties, die zijn schouders zet onder verbetertrajecten en die 'lessons learned' op continue basis deelt.
De job in een notendop
Samen met de verschillende departementen van Belfius Auto Lease en haar partners en Belfius zet je projecten op en realiseer je de ambities van Belfius Auto Lease.
Transversaal projectbeheer: Coördinatie & opvolging van transversale en/of strategische projecten van Belfius Auto Lease.
- De leiding nemen over de aansturing, coördinatie & opvolging van diverse projecten met duidelijke impact op de klant & onze business. Je zorgt eveneens voor de succesvolle planning en uitvoering van technologieprojecten. Zo werk je mee aan innovatieve oplossingen die betekenisvol zijn voor onze klanten.
- Opbouwen van de projectscope en onderhandelen van prioriteiten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en coördineren van de projectactiviteiten (behoefteanalyse, scope, ontwikkeling, testen, oplevering en documentatie). Je beheerst ook het inhoudelijke aspect van je project.
- Uitwerken van een business case en uitvoeren van een feasibility study.
- Opzetten en faciliteren van een gepaste governance in functie van onderwerp, doel en situatie. Je volgt projecten op doorheen de verschillende fases. Je garandeert een planmatige aanpak met oog voor timing, budget, resources en de kwaliteit van de oplossing. Je identificeert projectrisico's en werkt indien nodig noodscenario's uit.
- Instaan voor opvolging, bijsturing en rapportering van voortgang, met aandacht voor proactief en oplossingsgericht beheer van eventuele aandachtspunten en problemen. Je communiceert helder en tijdig naar al je stakeholders.
Coördinatie van verbeteringsprojecten:
- De lead nemen in verschillende verbeteringsprojecten, steeds in tandem met de verantwoordelijke manager(s) & hun teams.
- Onderliggende oorzaken identificeren, verbeteringsvoorstellen & actieplannen formuleren en waar nodig processen & procedures coördineren.
- Meetings/workshops organiseren & begeleiden en de output ervan vertalen naar concrete oplossingen.
- Je volgt de activiteiten op en ziet toe op de goede organisatie van het werk binnen de afdeling (operationeel plan, processen en procedures).
- Daarnaast organiseer je het change-managementproces en ondersteun je de ontwikkeling en evolutie van de 'Best practices' binnen de afdeling, met inbegrip van coördinatie van de nodige ondersteunende documentatie & rapporten opstellen. Waar nodig managers 1-1 coachen, ter bevordering van een continue klantgerichte & 'Operational Excellence' mindset.
- Verbeteringen tracken & rapporteren, steeds afgezet tegen vooraf opgestelde KPI's.
- Je neemt een motiverende, adviserende en faciliterende rol aan ten aanzien van het management en de verschillende afdelingen en werkt nauw met hen samen.

- Je bent een ervaren Project Manager (min. 5 jaar werkervaring) met kennis van de relevante methoden inzake Project Management / Change Management / Procesoptimalisatie (II, Scrum, Lean Management). Een technische achtergrond in de volgende technologieën is een troef: Salesforce, Miles, Java, JEE, Openshift, Rest Web Services, .Net…
- Je bent sterk klantgericht: voor jou komt de klant altijd op de eerste plaats.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin. Je bent gebeten door projectwerking, je werkt gestructureerd & oplossingsgericht, weet prioriteiten te stellen en slaagt erin de verschillende betrokken partijen van een project te coördineren. Je hebt een sterk analytische geest, werkt efficiënt en hebt een sterke zin voor synthese.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer en stelt alles in het werk om samen met de teams tot realisaties te komen. Je hanteert een mensgerichte leiderschapsstijl en werk van nature uit vooral inspirerend en coachend.
- Je houdt van en hebt ervaring in stakeholder management.
- Je neemt graag initiatief, houdt van een stevige portie uitdaging en staat open voor verandering & vernieuwing. Je bent pragmatisch & flexibel ingesteld. Je bent stressbestendig en kan snel schakelen en bijsturen waar nodig.
- Je hebt sterke schriftelijke (FR/NL/EN) & mondelinge (FR/NL/EN) communicatieve skills.
