Position: Freelance Recruitment Partner
Location: Remote (Preferably within EMEA, GMT+1)
Employment Type: Freelance (Must be able to invoice)
Compensation: Commission-based per successful placement
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Source & attract top-tier English-speaking candidates through job boards, social media, and your own network.
Screen and assess candidates' qualifications, language proficiency, and suitability for various roles.
Work closely with our senior team to ensure successful placements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
Keep ATS records updated with detailed candidate profiles for future reference.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
Fluency in English (spoken and written) - non-negotiable
Full-time availability
Proven experience in sourcing, headhunting, and recruiting English-speaking talent (especially in SaaS, BPO, or multilingual sectors).
Own access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator (minimum) with at least 10,000 connections.
Excellent communication & people skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently.
Strong time management, responsiveness, and organizational skills.
Experience using ATS and recruitment software.
