Your role Within our Bid Coordinating team, you play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-quality bids and proposals across all ManpowerGroup brands in Belgium, with a strong focus on private RFPs. Depending on your experience, you take ownership of bids end-to-end or manage defined parts of the bid process under supervision, working closely with sales, operations, finance and subject-matter experts. Key responsibilities Coordinate the full bid lifecycle: qualification, planning, drafting, submission and follow-up Gather and consolidate inputs from internal stakeholders Draft, structure and finalise clear, compliant and compelling proposals Ensure linguistic, visual and content consistency across all bid documents Manage timelines, deadlines and internal validations Maintain and improve bid templates and the proposal content library Register and track bid activity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Support pipeline reporting using Excel and reporting tools Your profile Medior to senior experience in bid coordination, tender management or sales support Strong writing, structuring and project coordination skills Experience with private RFPs (public tenders are a plus) Organised, detail-oriented and deadline-driven Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Fluent in Dutch, French and English Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Excel or Power BI is an asset What we offer Salary, aligned with your experience Company car & fuel card Meal vouchers & eco vouchers Bonus system Cafeteria plan with flexible benefits Group & hospitalization insurance 32 vacation days Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options A strategic role within a professional environment with real growth opportunities
