Then this Bid Coordinator role might be your next step.About ManpowerGroupManpowerGroup is a global leader in workforce solutions, supporting organisations in a rapidly changing world of work.In Belgium, we operate through Manpower, Experis, Jefferson Wells and Talent Solutions.Your roleWithin our Bid Coordinating team, you play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-quality bids and proposals across all ManpowerGroup brands in Belgium, with a strong focus on private RFPs.Depending on your experience, you take ownership of bids end-to-end or manage defined parts of the bid process under supervision, working closely with sales, operations, finance and subject-matter experts.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate the full bid lifecycle: qualification, planning, drafting, submission and follow-upGather and consolidate inputs from internal stakeholdersDraft, structure and finalise clear, compliant and compelling proposalsEnsure linguistic, visual and content consistency across all bid documentsManage timelines, deadlines and internal validationsMaintain and improve bid templates and the proposal content libraryRegister and track bid activity in Microsoft Dynamics CRMSupport pipeline reporting using Excel and reporting toolsYour profileMedior to senior experience in bid coordination, tender management or sales supportStrong writing, structuring and project coordination skillsExperience with private RFPs (public tenders are a plus)Organised, detail-oriented and deadline-drivenStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skillsFluent in Dutch, French and EnglishExperience with Microsoft Dynamics, Excel or Power BI is an assetWhat we offerSalary, aligned with your experienceCompany car & fuel cardMeal vouchers & eco vouchersBonus systemCafeteria plan with flexible benefitsGroup & hospitalization insurance32 vacation daysFlexible working arrangements, including remote work optionsA strategic role within a professional environment with real growth opportunities
