Some passionate colleagues What is a Functional/Technical Analyst at Cream? As a Functional/Technical Analyst specialized in API Integration, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust API solutions. You will serve as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless communication and integration of systems. Your tasks: Requirement Analysis: Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and define functional requirements. API Design and Development: Creating API specifications, designing integration flows, and ensuring alignment with system architecture. Documentation: Preparing comprehensive documentation for APIs, including use cases, technical guides, and user manuals. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with developers, project managers, and business teams to ensure successful API delivery. Performance Monitoring: Analyzing and optimizing API performance for scalability and efficiency. Integration Testing: Conducting thorough testing of APIs to validate performance, reliability, and security. How do we imagine our future colleague? Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience as a Functional or Technical Analyst with a strong focus on API integration. Education: You hold a Master's degree in IT (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience (5+ years). Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of API protocols (REST, SOAP, GraphQL). Familiarity with integration tools like Postman, Swagger, or API Gateway. Experience with backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, or .NET) and database management (SQL or NoSQL). Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Knowledge of collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence and Office 365. Soft Skills: Analytical thinker who pays attention to detail. Passionate about designing efficient and user-friendly integration solutions. Familiar with Agile methodologies. Languages: Fluent in French or Dutch, with full professional proficiency in English.
