As a senior Process Manager, you have over 5 years of experience in describing, optimizing, and documenting the business processes:
- You work closely with the Product Owner and fulfill the bridging function between ICT and business.
- You actively contribute to building new features that are decided and implement them on a project basis.
- You draw the process flows and request and follow up on adjustments.
- You provide clear and up-to-date documentation, mostly via Jira and Confluence.
- You coordinate the content with the interfaces (including risk functions).
- At least 5 years of experience in describing, optimizing, and documenting business processes.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance processes, particularly claims management for hospitalization and outpatient care.
- Proven ability to act as a bridge between IT and business teams, translating business needs into IT requirements.
- Project-based implementation experience for new features and process improvements.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN).
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
