Belfius Insurance biedt een ruim productgamma aan verzekeringen Leven en niet-Leven onder verschillende merken: Belfius Verzekeringen, DVV verzekeringen en Belfius Direct Insurance.
De job in een notendop
Binnen de afdeling Life Operational Processes werken we aan het onderhouden en ontwikkelen van systemen in het kader van levensverzekeringen.
Er wordt van de kandidaat verwacht dat hij/zij een team van een 15-tal interne en externe business analisten kan aansturen en coachen.
Deze medewerkers worden ingezet in de projecten van de afdeling Leven, waaronder de implementatie van nieuwe productvarianten, proces- en systeemoptimalisaties, en wettelijke projecten. De business analisten werken mee aan optimalisatieprojecten waarbij de operationele en klantgerichte processen onder de loep worden genomen. De analisten zijn verantwoordelijk voor de analyse van de operationele processen en de systeemcomponenten, alsook voor het beschrijven en uitvoeren van de testcases.
De kandidaat zal hoofdzakelijk werken voor Leven groep 2de pijler werknemers, maar is tevens verantwoordelijk voor core renewal van de applicaties van Health en stuurt de medewerkers van het support IT-team aan.
Samen met zijn collega's zal de kandidaat instaan voor de ondersteuning van deze customer services, zodat deze een optimale dienstverlening kan leveren.
U rapporteert aan het head of Transformation & Innovation Office Life. U bent het centrale aanspreekpunt om de realisatie van een programma te implementeren, te coördineren en te garanderen in samenspraak met de voornaamste stakeholders binnen Belfius Insurance (Domein, IT, de operationele teams, de bank, het net, …).
In samenwerking met de collega's van de verschillende afdelingen en andere directies:
- Stippelt u het actieplan en de planning van die acties uit.
- Bepaalt en garandeert u de implementatie van een governance die specifiek is voor het programma.
- Identificeert en beheerst u de projectrisico's en/of stelt u een concreet actieplan voor.
- Bent u verantwoordelijk voor de praktische en volledige uitvoering van het programma en de subprojecten ervan.
- Bent u verantwoordelijk voor de presentaties en de rapportering aan het topmanagement.

- Resultaatgericht, uitstekende organisator en gestructureerd.
- Een visie kunnen omzetten in concrete acties en een actieplan kunnen implementeren.
- Dagelijks blijk geven van initiatief en autonomie.
- U bent een teamspeler die een team kan mobiliseren, activeren en motiveren, zonder hiërarchische link.
- Uitgebreide ervaring met projecten.
- Uitstekende beheersing van Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels.
- Arbeidsregime: bij voorkeur 100 %.
