- Het organiseren, plannen en controleren van alle activiteiten in verband met jouw projecten;
- Vertegenwoordigen van je werkgever bij klanten en partners;
- Leiden en motiveren van een bekwaam team van medewerkers per project;
- Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor jouw projecten in uitvoering, zowel technisch als financieel;
- Zorg dragen voor het op tijd leveren van betrouwbare, geteste systemen met de vooropgestelde kwaliteiten met optimale inzet van middelen;
- Zowel technische als organisatorische en commerciële problemen doelmatig aanpakken en oplossen.
Functie-eisen
- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma Bachelor/Master in elektriciteit, elektromechanica of hebt deze ervaring opgebouwd.
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in projectleiding in een relevante sector.
- Je hebt een sterke technische kennis en interesse in people management.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van Engels, Frans of Duits is een pluspunt.
- Je kunt je verplaatsen in een ander en hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je bent in staat om je snel aan te passen aan nieuwe omstandigheden en kunt onvoorziene veranderingen overwinnen.
- Je hebt een proactieve "make it happen"-mentaliteit en bent eindeloos energiek.
- Je bent doel- en resultaatgericht en hebt het vermogen om kalm te blijven in stresssituaties.
- Je hebt passie voor je werk en straalt dat uit naar je team en collega's.
- Je bent optimistisch en probeert altijd kansen te zien, zelfs in moeilijke situaties.
Het bedrijf
Onze partner bouwt en onderhoudt installaties voor complexe gebouwen en industrie binnen de expertisedomeinen HVAC, sanitair, elektriciteit en automatisering. Voor hun vestiging in Wommelgem zijn we op zoek naar een Project Manager Elektriciteit. Vanuit deze vestiging staan zij in voor de gehele elektrische installatie van kantoren, ziekenhuizen en woonzorgcentra, datacenters, logistieke en semi-industriële gebouwen.
