Onze Klant te in Sint-Denijs-Westrem zoekt een enthousiaste Service Shop Agent die graag in direct contact staat met klanten en een breed takenpakket niet uit de weg gaat.

Functieomschrijving:

  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten, zowel telefonisch, persoonlijk als via e-mail. Jouw takenpakket is divers en klantgericht.
  • Je verzorgt eerstelijnscontact met klanten en staat hen professioneel te woord.
  • Het opmaken en opvolgen van offertes, contracten en facturen behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je houdt lopende contracten nauwlettend in de gaten, vraagt tussentijdse kilometerstanden op en verlengt contracten indien nodig.
  • Bij het meegeven en ontvangen van voertuigen controleer je de reinheid en stel je schaderapporten op.
  • Het wagenpark en de parking houd je netjes en georganiseerd.
  • Af en toe voer je transferts uit tussen onze verschillende shops.
  • Je adviseert klanten over onze verhuur- en verhuisdiensten en begeleidt hen indien nodig.

Ze hebben verschillende fillialen en zijn gekend over heel België. 

 Profile

Wij zoeken een flexibele teamspeler met de volgende eigenschappen:

  • Sociaal én commercieel ingesteld.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands sprekend, met goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Bereid om regelmatig op zaterdag te werken, afhankelijk van het rooster.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor afgehandelde zaken.
  • Open voor feedback en rapportage aan de shopmanager.
  • Zowel een teamplayer als zelfstandig inzetbaar.
  • In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B (of hoger).
