- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van uitstekende klantenservice aan klanten in heel Europa wanneer één van hun voertuigen problemen heeft.
- Je neemt een proactieve aanpak om voertuigen zo snel en soepel mogelijk weer op de weg te krijgen.
- Je denkt creatief en proactief bij het oplossen van problemen en werkt samen met dealers, reparateurs en andere belanghebbenden om de best mogelijke service te bieden. Profiel Ben jij de persoon die we zoeken? Dan herken je in dit profiel:
- Klantgerichtheid, altijd streven naar de best mogelijke service en oplossing voor klanten
- Zelfverzekerde communicator, je past je stijl aan aan elke klant om ervoor te zorgen dat ze zich gehoord en ondersteund voelen
- Klaar om een extra stap te zetten, problemen oplossen met een proactieve en creatieve mindset
- Bereid om in shifts te werken om 24/7 service te bieden aan onze klanten
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Engels, Frans en Duits. Aanbod Wat kan je in ruil verwachten?
