We are looking for an Amazing: Scrum Master
Seniority: Senior (5+ years)
Type of position: Hybrid model in Belgium.
The amazing you will have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Scrum Master; Degree in Management, Engineering, Information Systems or something similar;
- Experience in project Jira standardization for more than 3 years;
- Participation, in a project environment, as a Scrum Master for more than 2 years;
- Planning and organizing project plans for different initiatives;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall);
- Monitoring the execution of the plan, monitoring dependencies, risks and issues, and communicating with project teams with the aim of mitigating their impact on the completion of the project;
- Analysis of KPIs to monitor team performance;
- Fluent in English and/or Dutch.
- Streamlining ceremonies, organizing and documenting them;
- Identification and support for resolving dependencies, issues, and project risks;
- Documentary support for project decisions and backlog prioritization, aiming to fulfill the plan;
- Facilitation of communication and collaboration within the team and other interested parties;
- Survey of procedural and methodological improvements to be implemented in the project;
- Monitoring of KPIs to monitor the performance of team developments.
