Wat ga je doen als Tender Specialist?

Als Tender Specialist ben jij dé verbindende factor tussen onze commerciële, technische en operationele teams. Jij vertaalt complexe vraagstukken in glasheldere en winnende voorstellen, en bewaakt het proces van A tot Z.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Analyseren en kansen spotten: Jij duikt in aanbestedingsdocumenten en haalt daar de beste mogelijkheden voor ons bedrijf uit.
  • Offertes en inschrijvingen opstellen: Je coördineert alles tot in de puntjes en zet overtuigende, klantgerichte oplossingen op papier.
  • Samenwerken met stakeholders: Door jouw nauwe samenwerking met interne teams maak je scherpe en haalbare voorstellen die écht werken.
  • Deadlinebewaking: Je houdt overzicht en zorgt dat niets aan kwaliteit of timing wordt overgelaten.
  • Signaleren van trends: Jij hebt oog voor ontwikkelingen in de markt en vertaalt die naar kansen voor ons bedrijf.
  • Opbouwen van een kennisbank: Je zorgt dat we steeds beter worden door een goed georganiseerde database te creëren voor toekomstige tenders.
  • Communicatief en gestructureerd: Je werkt helder en efficiënt samen met verschillende teams.
  • Winnaarsmentaliteit: Jij houdt ervan om successen te boeken en resultaten te behalen.
  • Commercieel inzicht: Je begrijpt wat klanten nodig hebben en vertaalt dit naar sterke voorstellen.
  • Oog voor detail: Niets ontsnapt aan jouw scherpe blik.
  • Affiniteit met duurzaamheid: Je voelt je thuis in een innovatieve, duurzame omgeving.

Jij brengt mee:

  • Minimaal een hbo-diploma, bij voorkeur in een commerciële, technische of juridische richting.
  • Ervaring in tendermanagement of een soortgelijke rol is een pre.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe informatie begrijpelijk te maken.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Een proactieve houding en resultaatgerichtheid.
