Trustteam Luxembourg recherche un Incident Manager (Medior) pour intervenir chez l'un de nos clients majeurs et renforcer la gestion de leurs opérations IT critiques. Responsabilités Piloter la gestion quotidienne des incidents IT pour notre client. Coordonner la communication entre les différentes équipes techniques et les parties prenantes. Garantir un suivi rigoureux des incidents jusqu'à leur résolution complète. Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et à la prévention d'incidents futurs. Profil 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion d'incidents ou en IT Service Management. Bonne compréhension des environnements IT (infrastructures, réseaux, applications). Capacité à garder la tête froide et à coordonner efficacement sous pression. Excellentes compétences de communication. Français courant, anglais apprécié.
