Diegem| Planner | Nederlands, Frans en Engels | Internationaal bedrijf | vast contract Jouw nieuwe functieAls Planner heb je een gevarieerde job met veel verantwoordelijkheden waarbij je veel contacten hebt met verschillende partijen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en e-mail waarbij je nieuwe dossiers opent en alles administratief logt en service request aanmaakt. In totaal heb je contact met een 25 service engineers waarvoor je de planning opmaakt. Je volgt ook de contractuele afspraken op waardoor je periodieke onderhouden en inspecties pro-actief inplant. Hiervoor bestel je de nodige onderdelen waarvoor je de leveringen ook opvolgt. Daarnaast zorg je ook dat de service engineers zich houden aan de verschillende regels en veiligheidsprocedures. Om heel het proces te volgen heb je op regelmatige basis contact met collega’s van andere departementen (sales, logistiek, …).Jouw profielVoor deze job als Planner zoekt Hays idealiter iemand die beantwoordt aan onderstaande criteriaVlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.Je beschikt over een middelbaar diploma en je kan bij voorkeur een eerste relevante werkervaring als planner of dispatcher voorleggen.Daarnaast heb je graag telefonische contacten met klanten en ben je oplossingsgericht.Je bent organisatorisch sterk, kan goed multitasken en hebt een sterk geografisch inzicht. Tenslotte ben je leergierig waardoor je snel dingen oppikt en gemakkelijk met verschillende computersystemen overweg kan. Hun locatie ligt vlakbij het station van Diegem en is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Je werkt 40 uren per week met flexibele werkuren waarbij je kan starten tussen 7u30 en 9u30. Na een uitgebreide opleiding is er een mogelijk om 1 dag thuis te werken. Je komt in een klein team terecht met een goede werksfeer waarbij er regelmatig activiteiten georganiseerd worden.
