**Business Support Coordinator (Cargowise Specialist)**

**About the role**

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing our business operations processes (Airfreight and Seafreight) within Cargowise? We are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join our Business Change Management team.

**Tasks**:

- Automation and Maintenance of Cargowise Processes;
- You will play a key role in supporting our teams and providing training to internal employees on the use of Cargowise and process optimization. You must be able to convey complex concepts in an energetic and understandable manner;
- All new operational projects and ideas are linked to Cargowise, and it will be your responsibility to seamlessly integrate these into our Cargowise system. You will work in close collaboration with the business to identify new ideas or optimisations.
- You will be involved in optimizing processes and implementing new clients, constantly striving for efficiency and effectiveness.

**Are you the perfect fit?**
- Freight Forwarding background (Airfreight or Seafreight);
- Technical experience with Cargowise (set up of automatization processes such as auto rating or costing, maintenance,). For example in a position as Key User or Cargowise Specialist;
- Certifications such as Cargowise Certified Operator and Cargowise Certified Specialist are a big plus;
- Excellent communication skills in English are required, knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus. The ability to effectively convey information and provide training to internal staff members is essential;
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is a big plus.
