Business Analyst/Architect - Business Process Management (BPM) Location: Brussels, Belgium Type: Freelance About the Mission We're seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with strong BPM expertise to join our partners growing BA function. In this mission, you'll analyse, design and enhance 40+ business processes, helping them deliver efficient, scalable and customer-focused solutions across the organisation. If you enjoy problem solving, collaborating across teams and shaping how a business operates, this position offers real ownership, visibility and impact. Key Responsibilities Analyse, map and redesign end-to-end business processes to support strategic objectives. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, uncover pain points and define future state processes. Produce high quality documentation including process maps, user stories and business requirements. Collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology and Change teams to ensure alignment and delivery. Identify inefficiencies and recommend data driven improvements. Support delivery teams throughout implementation, UAT and post-deployment review. Champion BPM best practices and help drive continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within BPM or a process-focused environment. Strong process modelling skills (BPMN preferred). Experience running workshops and gathering detailed business requirements. Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable insights. Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or other improvement methodologies is an advantage.
