Your mission As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in mapping, optimizing, and managing high-level investment processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with Business and IT partners to deliver customer-focused solutions and help accelerate digitalization initiatives. Your responsibilities Process Mapping & Optimization Map end-to-end investment processes and create a structured process catalog in ARIS. Ensure processes are correctly documented, consistent, and aligned across all stakeholders. Support the digitalization of investment offerings while simplifying workflows and improving efficiency. Collaboration & Agile Delivery Actively participate in ideation sessions with Business and IT teams to identify the best solutions for clients and employees. Work closely with the Chapter Lead to define, implement, or review business processes and flows. Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to iterative improvements and fast adaptation to market trends. Customer Journey & Change Management Design and enhance the customer journey for investment products. Ensure smooth change management and support teams in adopting new processes. Track progress, report on assignments, and provide insights at different levels of the Tribe. Your profile Experience & Knowledge Strong interest in the investment sector and curiosity about process flows. Ability to understand and align the diverse needs of internal and external stakeholders. Basic knowledge or experience with Agile working methods. Independent, proactive, and capable of leading small projects. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to structure and model processes efficiently. Effective facilitator, able to influence, negotiate, and drive solutions. Customer-focused, committed to meeting expectations. Team player, able to present results and analyses to different management levels.
