Your Role
We could list all the functional analyst's tasks, but it would be cumbersome. The truth is that there are as many product organisations as companies to have them.
Depending on your profile and career goals, we'll be sure to propose assignments that fit you best.
Our goal is to help you become an outstanding functional analyst and evolve toward a product management role over time, and it starts by offering you the most exciting opportunities.
In a nutshell, our vision of the job:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements for system and process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize system specifications and workflows.
- Oversee solution design, implementation, functional testing, and user acceptance to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Provide training, support, and clear communication to end-users and project teams.
- Continuously refine processes and recommend innovative solutions to optimize efficiency and drive business value.
Experiences Needed
- More than 3 years of experience as Functional Analyst

- You are detail-oriented and excel at breaking down complex problems into clear, actionable solutions.
- You have strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify patterns, uncover inefficiencies, and propose effective improvements.
- You have excellent communication skills to engage, influence, and align technical teams and business stakeholders.
- You speak fluent English AND French or Dutch, ensuring clear and effective collaboration in a multilingual environment.
- You are highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results on time.
- You are adaptable and thrive in dynamic environments, quickly learning new systems and technologies to meet business needs.
- You have a collaborative mindset, building strong relationships with diverse teams to drive alignment and success.
- You possess a solid understanding of both technical and business perspectives, enabling you to deliver well-rounded solutions.
