Senior Accounting File Manager

Êtes‑vous un professionnel expérimenté en comptabilité souhaitant mettre votre expertise au service d'un environnement dynamique ? En tant que Senior Accounting File Manager à Bruxelles, vous accompagnez les clients de A à Z, supervisez une petite équipe et garantissez des rapports financiers précis et ponctuels. Vous combinez connaissances techniques et compétences en leadership, et vous êtes le point de contact principal pour vos clients. Vos responsabilités en tant que Senior Accounting File Manager : Superviser les assistants et les comptables juniors Gérer et contrôler le grand livre, les journaux et les clôtures mensuelles Préparer les états financiers intermédiaires et les comptes annuels Établir et contrôler les déclarations fiscales (impôt sur le revenu, impôt des sociétés, TVA) Conseiller les clients sur la comptabilité et la fiscalité Gérer l'équipe et fournir un feedback continu pour améliorer les performances et la dynamique d'équipe Collaborer avec les collègues et les clients pour un suivi efficace des dossiers Profil recherché : Vous accordez de l'importance à l'orientation client, à la qualité et au travail en équipe et partagez cette philosophie avec vos collègues Vous prenez des initiatives et vous vous sentez à l'aise dans un poste à responsabilités Vous communiquez couramment en français et en néerlandais Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur fiduciaire et maîtrisez toutes les tâches de ce poste : gestion de portefeuille clients, conseil, déclarations fiscales, comptes annuels et suivi des contrôles fiscaux Formation pratique sur le terrain par des collègues expérimentés, adaptée à vos connaissances et expériences Budget annuel personnel pour suivre des formations pertinentes Possibilités d'évolution vers un poste de partenaire ou de manager Horaires flexibles et options de télétravail, combinés à quelques jours au bureau, situé dans un endroit facilement accessible à Bruxelles Package salarial attractif avec primes d'équipe basées sur les performances, à définir en fonction de vos souhaits Prêt à faire évoluer votre carrière ?
