SilverBack is looking for an experienced Construction Manager (Mechanical or Electrical) to lead large-scale, technically complex construction projects for a major international client for a Data Centre Project based in Mons, Belgium. Key Responsibilities Overall management of site safety, QA, programme, and daily operations Control and reporting of project costs (labour, materials, plant & equipment) Lead subcontractor performance, progress tracking, and coordination meetings Drive safety, quality, and engineering standards across the project Manage snagging, reporting, documentation, and project close-out activities Liaise closely with the project team, client, and stakeholders Ensure all safety, QA, and subcontractor documentation is maintained and compliant Essential Requirements 5+ years as Senior Construction Manager or 10+ years as Construction Manager Data Centre experience 10–15 years’ experience on large-scale technical or industrial projects Strong background in design & build environments In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, and Quality compliance Solid understanding of Civil, Structural, Architectural, M&E systems Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver projects to tight deadlines Excellent communication and leadership skills Highly proficient in English EU passport or Belgium Residency Permit Package & Rotation Excellent package on offer Accommodation, car, and flights fully covered Rotation: 17 weeks on / 4 weeks off
