SilverBack is looking for an experienced Construction Manager (Mechanical or Electrical) to lead large-scale, technically complex construction projects for a major international client for a Data Centre Project based in Mons, Belgium.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall management of site safety, QA, programme, and daily operationsControl and reporting of project costs (labour, materials, plant & equipment)Lead subcontractor performance, progress tracking, and coordination meetingsDrive safety, quality, and engineering standards across the projectManage snagging, reporting, documentation, and project close-out activitiesLiaise closely with the project team, client, and stakeholdersEnsure all safety, QA, and subcontractor documentation is maintained and compliantEssential Requirements5+ years as Senior Construction Manager or 10+ years as Construction ManagerData Centre experience 10–15 years’ experience on large-scale technical or industrial projectsStrong background in design & build environmentsIn-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, and Quality complianceSolid understanding of Civil, Structural, Architectural, M&E systemsProven ability to lead large teams and deliver projects to tight deadlinesExcellent communication and leadership skillsHighly proficient in EnglishEU passport or Belgium Residency PermitPackage & RotationExcellent package on offerAccommodation, car, and flights fully coveredRotation: 17 weeks on / 4 weeks off
