Als Risk Manager rekenen we op jou voor het tijdig identificeren, registreren en beheersbaar maken van risico’s en opportuniteiten. Jouw takenpakket zal bestaan uit het volgende:
- Je waakt over een uniforme structuur en proces, en het correct gebruik van de toegepaste software tools voor risicobeheersing.
- Je neemt een voorbeeldrol op en stuurt aan op het risicobewustzijn van alle medewerkers op het project. Risicobeheer hoort volledig geïntegreerd te zijn in alle fases van het project. We streven naar een communicatief risicomanagement, zijnde het voeren van het gesprek, over de juiste onderwerpen, met de juiste medewerkers op het juiste moment.
- Je leidt brainstormsessies met projectmedewerkers wanneer de uitkomst van situaties onzeker is, innovatie nodig is en er preventieve sturing nodig is om problemen te vermijden.
- In deze centrale rol werk je samen met een brede waaier aan disciplines, zoals ontwerp, werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering, financiële opvolging, planning en contractbeheer.

- Een ideale mix van technische ervaring, soft skills en bedrijfskundige vaardigheden.
- Bij voorkeur een masterdiploma in Engineering richting bouwkunde, maar andere disciplines zijn ook mogelijk mits affiniteit met bouwprojecten.
- Minstens enkele jaren ervaring met grote bouwprojecten. Idealiter projectrisicobeheer, maar ook project controls, budget controle, tender management is relevant.
