Senior Manager Technical Bus

En tant que Senior Manager Technical BUS, vous garantissez l’organisation optimale de la maintenance de la flotte de la Business Unit Bus. Vous définissez, supervisez et mettez en oeuvre les plans d’actions spécifiques du département Technical de la Business Unit Bus afin de délivrer un service de qualité aux clients internes et externes, dans le respect des délais et budgets exigés.
Vous travaillez au sein du département « Business Unit Bus Technical » et vous rapportez au Director Technical.
De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?- Fixer les objectifs des garages du département Technical en collaboration avec le Director Technical.
- Elaborer le Master Plan Maintenance Bus et le Rolling Forecast Maintenance Bus.
- Traduire et implémenter le plan de gestion du stratégique vers le tactique et l’opérationnel (obtention de la certification ISO, Ecodynamique, …).
- Définir, adapter les KPI’s concernant le processus de maintenance, les suivre sous forme de tableaux de bord et mettre en place des plans d’actions préventif et correctif.
- Assurer la supervision, la collaboration et le suivi des différents dépôts d’entretien ou ateliers (suivi budget, sécurité, règlements, nouvelles procédures, conventions, qualité, …) afin de fournir au Director Technical l’input nécessaire pour l’élaboration de la gestion et de la stratégie de la Business Unit Bus.
- Participer au suivi de la construction/achat de nouveaux véhicules/de nouveau matériel.
- Etre garant de la dynamique de vos équipes et vos ateliers (recrutement, évaluation, formation).
- Garantir l’application des méthodes, processus de travail et standards techniques.
- Piloter le déploiement et veiller au maintien pérenne des démarches de management (outils de gestion, certifications) (Lean, GMAO, 5S, Safety, Risk, CEN, ISO) sur le périmètre de son service.
- Garantir la paix sociale au sein du Département.
- Consolider les « capacity plannings » de l’activité de maintenance.
- Proposer les budgets en termes d’investissements/de ressources en cohérence avec les plans de maintenance et de renouvellement.

Une politique de rémunération équitable
A la STIB, votre salaire est calculé en toute transparence, en tenant compte de vos responsabilités et de votre expérience, peu importe votre sexe ou vos origines
Minimum Requirements- Vous êtes Ingénieur Industriel (électricité, mécanique ou électromécanique) et vous avez une expérience en management.
- Vous avez entre 5 et 10 années d’expériences dans la gestion opérationnelle d’un service de maintenance.
- Vous êtes francophone et/ou néerlandophone et vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance de la seconde langue nationale.
- Vos qualités personnelles sont : leadership naturel, l’esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, flexibilité et autonomie, le sens des responsabilités, la proactivité, l’esprit d’équipe et une bonne communication verbale.
