I'm bringing one senior team member, and I have one seat left in the delegation.I'm looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Partner—not an employee—to join us.The ArrangementThis is a self-employed, partnership-style engagement for experienced entrepreneurs and independent consultants who want to build something rather than collect a paycheck.We don't offer a traditional salary + commission structure. If you want to participate in building an enterprise where your contribution directly shapes your reward, read on.The OpportunityThe EU market is facing unprecedented regulatory pressure: DORA compliance is now mandatory for financial entities, and the EU AI Act is on the horizon. European banks, insurers, and retailers are exposed to significant operational and liability risks.We have a compliance engine that helps organizations turn decision-risk into audit-ready evidence. We need a Growth Partner who can open doors to C-suite executives and close complex enterprise agreements.Internally, we call this person a "Lumberjack": someone who clears the path and builds the revenue architecture from the ground up.Who You AreEntrepreneur or Independent Consultant: You operate your own entity (or are prepared to). You understand that autonomy comes with accountability.EU-Based: You're on the ground in London, Frankfurt, Paris, Amsterdam, or another major EU financial hub, with established networks in the Financial Services or Retail ecosystem.Native or Near-Native English Speaker: Your articulation is flawless. You can hold your own with Big Four partners, Chief Risk Officers, and compliance leads.5-10 Years in Enterprise Business Development: You don't just manage pipelines—you hunt, qualify, structure, and close high-value deals. You've built revenue from scratch before.Aligned with Partnership Economics: You're comfortable with performance-based compensation where your upside is uncapped but your baseline depends on results.What We OfferImmediate Deployment: Join us in Qatar next month.
