Job DescriptionOur Business Support Officers utilise Microsoft Office to drive our clients' business operations. As a Microsoft Office expert, your role will be to leverage the full suite of Office applications to keep business processes running smoothly. You will utilise tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and optimise efficiency. By effectively deploying Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, you will facilitate seamless collaboration and file sharing. Your expertise will ensure that client workflows are not only maintained at peak efficiency but are also continuously improved to support their strategic goals.
Officers at Sopra Steria in the financial sector take charge in several diverse roles while giving excellent customer service and support of the highest quality. Fluent communication and a collaborative mindset are how we drive excellence across departments. As an officer, you'll work across fields, such as business support and KYC analysis, through multiple channels. You'll put seamless collaboration first so our internal departments can work harmoniously, and you'll take a proactive approach to solving problems and optimizing processes. Client satisfaction is crucial, but so are our business goals. Your day-to-day work will be in service to both, creating a customer-first experience that supports Sopra Steria's growth.
