We're looking for a Lead Engineer to join us on our mission As a Lead Engineer at Teamleader, you: Take ownership of features from idea to implementation — across the stack, with more experience in front-end development Work on modernising our codebase, improving performance, structure, and usability. Develop new, high-impact features (e.g., AI-powered meeting summaries). Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of developers, a QA analyst, and a product manager. Help shape technical decisions and best practices as we evolve the platform. Contribute to a culture of trust, autonomy, and getting-things-done.
