BEDRIJF: Help jij als data insights lead de volgende generatie vooruit? Het volledige ontwikkelproces gebeurt intern, waardoor je meebouwt aan betekenisvolle oplossingen van A tot Z. Als onderdeel van een grotere Europese groep telt de organisatie enkele honderden medewerkers en kan ze rekenen op een sterke internationale kennisdeling. Binnen het Data & Analytics-team kijken ze uit naar een nieuwe senior collega die het team mee komt versterken. JOBOMSCHRIJVING: Je bent de schakel tussen data en strategie: je verzamelt, structureert en interpreteert gegevens en vertaalt ze naar heldere inzichten. Met jouw interactieve dashboards en rapporten maak je complexe informatie tastbaar en ondersteun je de organisatie in doordachte besluitvorming. Daarnaast heb jij een lead rol. Jouw taken: Je brengt de informatiebehoeften binnen de organisatie in kaart en vertaalt deze naar concrete dataoplossingen. Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt binnen het team voor alle data en BI vraagstukken. Je identificeert beschikbare gegevensbronnen, beoordeelt de relevantie en selecteert de juiste data voor verdere verwerking. Je bouwt sterke datamodellen en waakt over een correcte data governance. Je ontwikkelt heldere en visueel aantrekkelijke dashboards en rapporten. Je interpreteert analytische inzichten en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke aanbevelingen. Je geeft opleidingen en workshops over het interpreteren en toepassen van data. Je werkt mee aan het optimaliseren van werkprocessen en de verdere uitbouw van de data-infrastructuur en het dataplatform. Je neemt deel aan steering committees. PROFIEL: Je bent in het bezit van een hoger diploma. Je hebt minimaal 8 jaar relevante werkervaring in data-visualisatie. Je hebt sterke kennis van SQL en Power BI; kennis van DBT, Snowflake en Python is een grote plus. Je bent proactief en hebt een echte "trekkersmentaliteit". Je bent analytisch, communicatief, leergierig, zachtaardig en dynamisch. Je brengt inzichten duidelijk over aan elk publiek, op alle niveaus. Je volgt trends en ontwikkelingen in data-analyse, AI en machine learning. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beheerst een woordje Frans. AANBOD: What's in it for you?
