Als Allround IT Support Engineer bestaat je takenpakket uit: Single point of contact voor een 100-tal eindgebruikers on-site in de field en remote Opvolgen en oplossen van support issues - 1ste lijn support in O365/M365 omgeving Beheren en uitbouwen van de back-ups van de operationele sites Uitbouwen en onderhouden van een knowledge base + bestaande systemen documenteren Actief nadenken over verbetering van de servicedesk door automatisatie Nieuwe computers installeren en software deployen Beheren van de hardware voorraad en contact met leveranciers Beheren van de mobiele telefonie Ondersteunen in nieuwe IT projecten : migraties, installaties, upgrades, roll-outs, … Rapporteren en escalatie naar de ITM voor applicaties en de ITM voor infrastructuur De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie zijn: Je beschikt over een diploma in een IT-richting; Je hebt reeds een eerste werkervaring of stage achter de rug in een vergelijkbare functie; Kennis van een ticketing systeem is een pluspunt; Je hebt een basiskennis van netwerken; Je werkt graag in een internationale omgeving met een hecht team; Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Frans; Je bent gedreven om collega's te helpen en werkt graag samen; Je kan zelfstandig aan de slag en haalt deadlines; Je bent hands-on, leergierig en sterk in het oplossen van problemen.
