For Bucci Industries Benelux, based in Belgium, we are hiring a Business Development Manager for our IEMCA brand. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the promotion, sale and technical support of our Iemca bar feeders. You will be responsible for the market analysis, for managing customer relationships and for cooperating with your co-workers to meet customer needs. You will be in charge of identifying new business opportunities through a precise market analysis and expanding the organisation's network through collaborations and participion in trade shows. Your tasks will also include participating in the development of prices, solutions and services, coordinating proper delivery of all the organisation's products to the customer/partner and ensuring and increasing the current Product Portfolio. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Experience in selling technical products, with a preference in the bar feeder or machine tool equipment field; Skills in market analysis and identification of business opportunities; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Goal-setting and focused on maintaining positive customer relations; Language Requirements: Dutch (bilingual proficiency) and French (Good working proficiency).
