Als Operations Specialist maak je deel uit van het Operations team dat instaat voor het operationele beheer van onze windparken. Je werkt onder begeleiding van de Teamleader Operations mee aan de verdere optimalisatie van de operations organisatie . Je werkt ook samen met de andere collega's binnen het team die dagdagelijks de optimale werking van de windparken garanderen door o.a. de monitoring van de operationele turbines. Heb je een (eerste) succesvolle service/operations ervaring achter de rug en wil je graag achter de schermen meewerken aan de optimale windproductie voor onze windprojecten? Ben je ook van nature enthousiast en analytisch ? Dan ben je bij Storm aan het juiste adres voor een veelzijdige rol met groeimogelijkheden die ook bijdraagt tot een betere leefwereld. Je zet operations projecten op, volgt deze op en rolt ze uit in de organisatie; Je maakt analyses en zet deze moeiteloos om in verbeteracties; Je organiseert marktonderzoek naar partners/systemen ter optimalisatie van de dagdagelijkse werking; Je helpt de operations organisatie verder te professionaliseren en ondersteunt de Teamleader Operations door samen processen verder te definiëren en uit te werken; Je onderhoudt een goede relatie met onderaannemers; Je staat ook regelmatig ‘in the field' voor site en turbine inspecties & zorgt mee voor de weekendpermanentie samen met het ganse team om voeling te hebben & te houden met de dagdagelijkse operationele werking; In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Teamleader Operations. Je bent geboeid door hernieuwbare energie & wil hierin graag constructief je eigen steentje bijdragen; Je beschikt over minstens een (Handels)Ingenieursdiploma of een Bachelor. Je hebt al een eerste werkervaring achter de rug in een service -of operations organisatie waar je praktisch bedrijfseconomisch en technisch inzicht verwierf; Je hebt een brede interesse, elektrisch, mechanisch, IT, software, bouwkundig, milieu,… Een technische achtergrond is een mooie meerwaarde; Je bent een teamspeler, zelfstandig, analytisch, nauwkeurig, doelgericht en werkt met passie naar je resultaten toe. Je bent zelfzeker en handelt met de nodige overtuigingskracht; Je hebt noties van en/of ervaring met projectbeheer en werkt een project af van A tot Z; Je hanteert een verantwoordelijke houding en kan om met een gezonde dosis vrijheid; Je bent bereid een GWO certificatie te behalen (training waarbij o.a. veiligheid en werken op hoogte aan bod zal komen); Je beheerst vlot de Nederlandse taal, je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels en het Frans.
