TAUW est à la recherche d'un(e) consultant(e) capable d'accompagner les entreprises dans la prise de décisions d'investissements responsables. Es-tu passionné(e), motivé(e) et intéressé(e) pour aider les entreprises et les acteurs du marché financier dans leur transition vers une économie plus durable ? Votre bureau fixe sera situé à Lokeren, Bruxelles ou Wijgmaal.

Que vas-tu faire ?

En tant que consultant(e), tu seras le point de contact qui établira le lien entre collègues et client. Ensemble avec ton équipe, tu te concentreras sur la Due Diligence Environnementale, Sociale et de Gouvernance (EDD traditionnelle et ESG DD), le conseil en gestion ESG, le calcul de l'empreinte carbone et les rapports de durabilité.

  • Tu consultes les clients, les acteurs du marché financier et les conseillers juridiques sur les aspects environnementaux, de sécurité et de santé. Etablir des contacts et engager des conversations ne te pose donc aucun problème.
  • Tu examines le marché, les opportunités et les tendances, et tu sais t'y adapter tout en répondant aux besoins de tes clients et prospects.
  • Tu es responsable de la réalisation d'analyses environnementales et ESG et de l'élaboration de rapports. Il est évident que tu restes informé(e) des réglementations, des initiatives sectorielles et des protocoles.
  • Tu construis de solides relations clients et tu identifies leurs besoins en matière de durabilité afin d'aborder efficacement leurs défis.
  • Tu conseilles les clients sur l'impact de la réglementation et réalises des évaluations et des rapports dans ce cadre. Si tu n'as pas encore suffisamment d'expérience dans ces domaines, il est attendu que tu te plonges de manière autonome dans ces sujets pour développer tes connaissances, avec le support de tes collègues.
  • Tu construis, avec le soutien de TAUW Belgique ainsi que les autres pays TAUW, un nouveau département, en développant le marché avec une approche entrepreneuriale et une perspective à long terme.
Qui recherchons-nous pour cela ?
  • As-tu déjà quelques années d'expérience dans un poste similaire ou spécifiquement dans le secteur financier (analyses M&A) ? Une expérience de travail pertinente est indispensable
  • Tu peux jouer le rôle de contact pour des homologues financiers et des entreprises, et tu as une bonne connaissance de la réglementation européenne relative au Green Deal, comme la CSRD, la SFDR, la Taxonomie de l'UE, etc.
  • Tu es entreprenant(e) et analytique, avec un œil attentif pour les détails et nuances. Tu gardes le focus sur les objectifs tout en étant conscient(e) des différents acteurs du secteur et leurs rôles dans le processus. Tu es donc une personne orientée vers les processus et les résultats
  • Tu as une première expérience en gestion de projet et tu arrives à bien fonctionner dans un environnement multidisciplinaire et international, même sous pression.
  • Les compétences en langues : Tu as une excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. De plus, tu as une bonne base en néerlandais.
