About the Job

This internship will give you a unique opportunity to explore the intersection of sustainability and digital technologies. As a Sustainability Intern at Tata Consultancy Services, you will focus on three key dimensions: Sustainability and Green IT Infrastructures and Softwares, Digital Solutions including Artificial Intelligence for sustainable ecosystem building, and Business analysis for TCS positioning as a sustainable supplier and solution provider.

You will work closely with our team to review sustainability reports, develop approaches to advance corporate sustainability reporting and management, and analyze regulatory frameworks and standards for sustainability in the country. Additionally, you will develop and implement sustainability initiatives for the region related to the relevant SDGs, profile digital technology for ecosystems, identify potential collaboration partners, and coordinate country-level initiatives on Corporate Social Responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the regulatory framework and standards for sustainability in the country and understand their impact on the business.
• Develop channels with external Institutions, such as Academic, Partners, Research.
• Profile Digital Technology for Ecosystem. Identify potential collaboration partners.
• Coordinate Country-level initiatives on Corporate Social Responsibility.
• Collaborate with the sales and account teams on research and advisory services related to strategy, organization and processes.
• Study industry-specific initiatives and assist team with market development.
• Gain experience and insights from real-world projects in business environment.
• Prepare research papers and business presentations.
• Participate in conferences to enhance understanding of sustainability, AI, Innovation themes.

Your Qualifications:

• Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program, at least in the 3rd semester.
• Previous experience in the field of sustainability and digital projects gained through seminar or project work, internships or extracurricular activities.
• Passion for personal and professional development related to the Sustainability and Digital themes and a strong sense of purpose.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to track and leverage industry, business and technology knowledge.
• Enthusiasm for digital technologies.
• Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Organizational talent and coordination skills.
• Openness to an international working environment.
• Structured and independent way of working.
• International experience is an advantage.
• Business fluent in English. French/Dutch is a plus.
