About us:Xeryon is a fast-growing Belgian B2B company that develops unique high-precision motors.Our customers use our products to accurately position components in precise applicationssuch as microscopy, medical devices, laser systems and chip manufacturing machines.The large majority of our customers are located outside of Belgium, meaning we stronglyrely on our digital presence and company image for attracting and retaining customers.Great visuals play a crucial role in this, and that’s why we are looking for a hands-on VisualContent Designer to lead the visual side of our marketing efforts.You’ll be our go-to creative person - someone who knows how to make complex technologyvisually engaging and consistent across channels.What you will do:Maintain and evolve our visual identity and brand guidelines.Design graphics for LinkedIn posts, website, newsletters and (ad) campaigns.Create and edit product (explainer) videos, as well as product / company photos.Contribute to new website layouts and landing page designs (mockups, visuals, UX).Design layouts and visuals for datasheets, manuals and other technical documents.Manage external suppliers for 3D renders, complex videos, packaging design, etc.Collaborate with marketing and technical sales teams to understand visual needs.Contribute to the product experience: packaging, labeling, and product look & feel.What you bring:Experience with graphic design for web (LinkedIn posts, website visuals, etc.)Strong skills in design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.)Experience with photography and photo / video editingFamiliarity with web / UX principles - you know what makes a good user experienceProfessional level of English, both written and spokenA proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a small teamBonus: experience working with technical or industrial productsWhat we offer:A key creative role in a marketing-first, fast-growing international B2B companyA small and collaborative team where your ideas quickly turn into real resultsThe chance to bring cutting-edge technology to life through visualsFlexible hours and 1 day of home working per weekReady to make technology look as good as it performs?We’d love to hear from you – apply now and show us why you’d be a great fit for our team.
