Samen met onze klant gaan we op zoek naar hun noden binnen het domein van debiteurenbeheer, en stellen we een oplossing op maat voor. We bieden een unieke combinatie aan van kennis, credit professionals en software. Als Credit Collector kom je terecht bij één van onze klanten, in Brussel, Antwerpen of Vlaams-Brabant. Je gaat aan de slag als tijdelijk consultant, of als permanente versterking van het team via een vast contract bij de klant zelf. Afhankelijk van jouw profiel en verwachtingen gaan we op zoek naar de perfecte match Als Credit Collector zorg jij ervoor dat de openstaande facturen bij onze klant worden betaald. Dat betekent: contacteren van klanten en andere (interne) stakeholders; telefonisch opvolgen van verschillende dossiers; beslissingen nemen over openstaande vorderingen en zorgen voor de implementatie van een geschikte oplossing; ondersteuning bieden voor dossiers in de juridische fase (bv. rappels versturen). Afhankelijk van de klant waar je terechtkomt, zal je meer of minder verantwoordelijkheden krijgen. Je bent tweetalig NL/FR, kennis van een derde taal is mooi meegenomen; je hebt een analytische geest en een affiniteit voor cijfers; je communiceert assertief maar diplomatische en klantvriendelijk; je kan tegen een beetje stress; je bent een teamplayer; ervaring als Credit Collector of Call Agent is een pluspunt. een contract van onbepaalde duur een mooi brutoloon met een aantrekkelijk pakket extra-legale voordelen; een persoonlijk ontwikkelingsplan met begeleiding van een echte Credit Expert; de mogelijkheid om door te groeien.
