Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout all stages of their transformation projects — from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions.As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to be part of Nexeo:An international environment (offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada)More than 450 employeesOver 20% growth each yearWe are currently looking for a Credit Officer for one of our clients in the banking sector.Your ResponsibilitiesCredit Application & Client SupportIntroduce credit requests to clients via phone and ensure timely follow-up to complete applications efficiently.Guide clients and advise them on the most suitable financial products based on their needs and profile.Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing updates on the progress of their applications.Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset and proactively identify opportunities for additional financial services.Credit Follow-Up & ComplianceVerify contracts, supporting documents, legal requirements, and signatures to ensure compliance.Facilitate fund disbursement to client accounts.Assist clients in resolving non-compliance issues and provide practical solutions.Your ProfileExperience & KnowledgeExperience in banking, credit, or call center environments is a strong asset.Proficiency in MS Office.Experience in credit processes and client advisory is a plus.Soft SkillsStrong commercial orientation and client focus.Ability to work independently, structured, and with attention to detail.Stress-resistant and team-oriented.Enjoys direct client contact via phone.Education & LanguagesNot specifiedStrong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French, and EnglishWhy Join UsJoin Nexeo Belgium and take part in delivering high-impact credit services and client advisory projects within the banking sector.Work in an agile, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment while helping clients navigate credit solutions efficiently.Apply now and grow with us
